Lactobacillus also releases acids, bacteriocins, and hydrogen peroxide which inhibit the pathogens growth, this good bacteria can also be beneficial for the prevention of rotavirus diarrhea in children, and the prevention and treatment of various types of diarrhea in both children and adults.
